We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Portofino Fine Art Prints.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at leader7606@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalized prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union may cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason, without explanation, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
